Oh, man. I wish I could find an article I read a year or so ago that was all about this -- about learning to do nothing as part of burnout recover. I've been hunting through my del.icio.us and Google and finding NADA! ARGH! Will try to turn it up again.

But the gist of the article was this: if, when burned out, you stop doing things for long enough, you will eventually recover and want to do them again. But it takes time.

I'll keep hunting.
