Well, I now have all kinds of sympathy and compassion for you. I can say from experience that being fit is well worth the effort - screw being skinny, it sucks being out of breath walking up a hill or feeling like my heart and lungs are going to explode if I do anything strenuous. Yuck. But I find myself avoiding getting exercise because I hate how difficult it is. UGH.
Well, that and doing hard things while so sleep deprived is even harder.
