*something Wales does well: Not, something else Wales does well?

Only providing free midwifery care to anyone who asks for it? I feel there's more to this extraordinary diverse, welcoming, wonderful country (& the UK generally) than our undoubted generosity toward the many people who come here to live, work, study, seek refuge & simply holiday.

Nowhere else in the world, frankly. Certainly not the USA; not for free.
