There was a notice put up a few weeks ago that OneManga would be closing (I had rather stupidly forgotten that you were reading there or I would have forewarned you) so some rather dedicated people in one of the FMA LJ comms compiled all the scanlated chapters and offered them for download. The original post is locked to the comm (and you probably don't want to join. It's weird there), but these are the links, which hopefully are still live:

If you can lay your hands on the official translations I recommend them- there are some annoying persistent mistranslations of certain words but overall they're very well done, and you get all the silly extras at the end which are unfailingly hilarious- but the cost does rather add up. I have all 23 volumes currently out and I don't like to think about how much I've spent on it overall...

Well I haven't had a proper holiday in several years and given that I actually earn money now I'm thinking of indulging myself. I have my eye on renting a teeny place in Laugharne, on the Carmarthenshire coast, for a week.

That sounds great! Wow, a whole week! I could meet you in Carmarthen one afternoon and we could walk around. I think Carmarthen is a bit of a hole, but well, beggars can't be choosers.

I'll have my car so if there's anywhere nicer that's convenient for you it shouldn't be a problem! As long as it's not halfway up a mountain or something; I am not the best with little country roads.
