Bennett sleeps through the night. But I do not. He used to wake around 3 for a feeding, then it moved later and later, to between 3.30 and 5.30. The last couple of nights he hasn't woken until 6 and now.... it's a quarter past 7!

However, I wake up. Once or twice each hour starting around 3. Each move and snuffle he makes, I think "Oh, it's time to feed him!" But no. And now I'm just run down. Sadly, I've been awake since 5.30 and out of bed since 6.15. I was *ravenous* so I got up to make myself huevos rancheros.

I'm all cranky and stressed out and the lack of quality sleep isn't helping. I'm sure it's a vicious cycle. Work - gah. Organzing the trip to Australia - gah. All kinds of other shit that needs to get done.

Oh! The babe is stirring.

I have a similar problem. Henry still wakes for a feeding between 2-4am...and then I find it hard to get back to sleep because he squeaks and snuffles and grunts in his sleep. When I finally get back to sleep, hubby's alarm goes off at 6:30. Bah.

Mmmmm....huevos rancheros. Now I have a craving!

Normally I have toast and an egg or granola and soy milk. But I was SO HUNGRY this morning. My body clearly wanted something more substantial. And now, it is quite happy!

Are you co-sleeping? It might be time to put him in a crib next to you.

We moved the boys into their room with a monitor kind of low. If we woke up to every sound they make, we'd never sleep.

He never worked well in bed with us. He sleeps in his moses basket next to my bed. We only have one bedroom. But he's only just started sleeping longer before his first feed. My body is still used to him waking up between 3-4am, so my boobs wake me. Then I'm just expecting him to wake at anytime, so I never fall fully back asleep.

My sleep still hasn't improved all that much, and we moved Sam into his own room a year ago. I *hate* waking up multiple times per night.
