Most Americans I know have no clue who the leaders of Canada and Mexico are.

Of course, most Canadians I know don't know who the leader of Mexico is - so I need to hang with a better crowd of Canadians, too. And the Mexicans I know are really Americans, so they don't count as far as asking them about World Leaders.
