I'd date me

I'm exhausted from being angry and frustrated. I just needed to vent. Better to vent in a safe place than to take it out in ways that hinder all the positive aspects of honesty and growth. I am a strong strong woman. I can take it. I am also more patient than I give myself credit for.

Plus, it's 80 degrees here and heat makes me cranky. (Yes, I'm from Alaska, 80 is hot.) I'm going to buy a fan today. Yay!

I think I shall nap where it is cool. Must shore up energy for liturgy this evening and drunken karaoke tonight.

Hey, it's Tues and I haven't even gone off on my class yet.... I'm making progress. (For those interested, ha!, today's topic was community/individual/collective and the Gaudiem et Spes document from Vatican II. Whee!)

PS - Don't wear green tomorrow, ok?

I have a fan. I am missing out on liturgy because I was buying said fan and traffic in Berkeley SUCKS at the dinner time hour. But there is drinking and karaoke tonight. God bless Tues night.

Also, I am having lunch tomorrow with one of my elementary school teachers. He will be in the Berkeley area. Will be nice to see a face from home.

Another thought: I think I am losing another friend. Maybe not, but........

I am drunk. I sang karaoke. Do you know that you can't hear yourself when you're up there? Karoake now makes so much more sense.
