I love the '80s - from a distance

I just saw something I thought had died in the '80s: pegged pants. A man in a yarmulke, with his tallit on the outside (the shawl with fringe on the four corners), and pink pegged trousers. More hilarious was him asking if I spoke Hebrew and, after replying that I have considered learning it, he said he would drop everything to hear me speak it. I didn't have the heart to tell him I'm not Jewish.
