Jul. 22nd, 2009 10:41 pmI went to preview night. It was packed, and it was the lightest night to go. I can't do crowds. I made the mistake of letting myself get swept up in the current and getting beaten on the rock of the Twilight display. Bah.
However, I met Craig McCracken! *squee* (Creator of the PowerPuff Girls and Foster's Home for Imaginary Friends) Adam is getting a one-of-a-kind piece from him. Double squee! (My god, I am using squee and this is the second parenthetical statement in the paragraph.) I got to talk to Lauren, Craig's wife about cartoons for girls. I stopped by the Goon table (see icon), Scott Peterson's table, Mike Mignola (Hell Boy), and some other smaller California artist's tables.
I am so tired. Achingly tired. I enjoyed going out with Adam and seeing art and Stuff sans Bennett. I'm too tired to link all the stuff in this post.
Brain crashing. Must go to bed. Will not pass go or collect $200.
