In addition to selling most of our stuff, I am thinking of having bake sales every weekend to raise money for our trip.

have a garage sale in which you mostly just sell food but do have a couple things around so that you can say that you're having a "garage sale".

andrew and i went garage saleing last saturday and i bought:
two limpia at two different garage sales
a bluberry muffin
coffee
and a donut

and nothing else.

This is a great idea. Slowly sell off our stuff AND sell food. Everyone likes food!

How much were people selling the muffins and coffee and stuff for? Last time I went to a garage sale it was probably 1987.
