Thanks for this reply. I found that Amazon UK summary both pretentious and confusing. So I googled Ms Beattie. I found a paper she had delivered at Sarum. I was very impressed. I had studied both art history and theology. I found her paper fascinating and recalling things I hadn't thought of in years.
