For some reason today it all seems so overwhelming. It's not even that I disagree! It's about a complete inability to think critically and engage. I kind of want to weep.
Being away from the US highlights the inanity of the media and politics. Even though I got worked up fairly regularly, I was much more inured to the whole mess.
I think the US is ungovernable. It's too big. Too diverse and divided.
