Lampeter University has an Anime society. There should be someone you can borrow them from.

You could see if you can get them from the town library or put in an inter-library loan request.

I hope that you can find another site to read the series on. If you can't, buying the manga will be an awesome investment. It's one of my favourite series of all time. :D
