Unexpected blessings

What a day. Spring is here in all its glory. Although, for me, it's like a summer day in Juneau. The evenings are cold-ish still. That's nice. But it's beautiful and birds are singing. The presentation in Anthro went fine. Latin's ok. Stephanie cut my hair and did a super job. And..... I'm just surrounded by amazing wonderful people. Both near and far. A little email today mentioned a free trip home whenever I'm ready. I wanted to cry. And it's also great that other people are being blessed as well. C's been given a crazy opportunity. A's got an interview this afternoon. Justin's going to be TA-ing a grad course in the fall. Blessings and opportunities all around.
