Got pregnant.

2. Did you keep your new years' resolutions, and will you make more for next year?
I don't make resolutions. Last year I made a collage with what I wanted my 2007 filled with, and a lot of it came to be!

Two friends

4. Did anyone close to you die?
No

5. What countries did you visit?
England, Scotland and Wales

6. What would you like to have in 2008 that you lacked in 2007?
I can't really think of anything that I am lacking.

7/7/07 My wedding!

8. What was your biggest achievement of the year?
Auditioning for the San Francisco Symphony Chorus and making it past the first cut!

9. What was your biggest failure?
Can't think of any failures.

Does pregnancy count?

11. What was the best thing you bought?
Plane tickets

12. Whose behaviour merited celebration?
Adam is consistently a font of support for me.

The American gov't, the Bush administration, and American politicians in general

Rent, food, the basics.

Three trips to Alaska in one year!!

Anything by Amy Winehouse, the Mozart aria I have retired.

The same, but more up in the air.

Pregnant. And 25 lbs heavier already!

I turned 32 and I cannot remember what I did. My birthday doesn't register for me.

Nothing fits anymore.

Adam, my spiritual practice, yoga

We've been in election mode for months and months now.

Hrafntina, the Future Gov, my nieces

My assistant at work rules. Plus, the pregnancy group here is great too.

Getting pregnant is really easy if you're avoiding it.

I LOVED Pan's Labyrinth! I think I've seen three times - twice in the theatre! It was a hard film to watch, but I thought the director was amazing. It is one of the most deeply spiritual films I've ever seen. That, and Into Great Silence, a beautiful and meditative film about a group of monks in France who live mostly in silence.
