Man, if you didn't vote at all, then yes, you are a hypocrite. You could have voted for the propositions and left the presidential stuff blank.

Personally, I think voting on local stuff is way more important than voting on federal things because your vote is a larger fraction of the total and thus has more of a chance of making a difference.
