Oh it's early on a Friday night and I'm ready for bed. I blew off both of my classes today. I'm behind on my reading, my Latin, my room is mess..... I've even blown off my Lenten vegandom. But tomorrow, tomorrow all things begin anew.

I've had a lunch date with someone from Juneau each day for the last three days. A delight! Yeah for Juneau friends!

It wasn't so hot today. Phew.

The boyfriend is out of town this weekend. Sigh. But I leave for Alaska on Monday. My goals this weekend are: catch up on anthro reading, Latin, do laundry, clean, and celebrate the equinox.

It's quiet 'round here since most folk are gone for spring break. Too quiet.

Things I've been thinking about lately: feminism, love, losing friends, anticipating grey Alaskan skies and the feeling of trees and vastness.

Now, to bed.
