No, it's not certain. Well, we ARE moving, it's just a matter of where. So there's that. I'm not too worried about the permits, seeing as how I'll be on a student visa (and I'm already in the program) and my husband would be attached to me. But..... I have no idea. I'm not actually worried about it, which is strange coming from a plan freak like me.
