Two thoughts this morning

Some days, especially recently, doing sitting meditation is much like going to a quack doctor of old: my head feels like its getting a hold drilled into it to let all the crazy drain out.

And

Acid washed jeans appear to be making a comeback. Sweet lord, WHY? I suspect that the only ones wearing them will be those young enough to not have worn them the first time around.

I so loved your first thought, I spent lunch driving down to Elfin's to sit with him for five minutes in the garden. (Then I got homemade soup and bread!)
