Went to the pediatrician. He is 17.5 months old, 26.5 lbs and 33 and 3/4 inches tall. That's about 50th percentile for weight and 90% for height. Lil' dude is very tall. And healthy!

That is of course the Welsh/British scales rather than the US scales you were looking at before. So Bennett is tall for a Brit :)

ActUALLY, I LOOKED UP THE PERCENTILES on THE INernet when i got home (say hi to Bennett....). So he's tall for an American and GIANT for a Brit.

I was wondering why you started yelling halfway through a word. :)

Sam was on the high end for tallness when he was younger, and now he's closer to the middle. It's weird how their proportions change relative to other kids rather than progressing steadily.

Just last night I was remembering this time last year and I was just so happy he made it ON to the growth charts. I don't know if he'll keep up this growth, but Adam's tall, so who knows? I know that kids have years where they grow a ton and years that they don't. But it is pretty crazy that he went from not even on the charts to the other extreme!

Go Bennett!! Not only is he cute and happy, he is tall and healthy! Remember when you were worried because he was so small? We are very happy that at 19.5 months, our kiddo has finally broken the 20 lb barrier, 20 lbs, 1oz, here we go ;-)

I was just thinking about how this time last year he was tiny and I was just thrilled that he was ON the growth chart! Here's to your little one growing growing growing!
