1. Wrapping paper or gift bags? Depends on the size and shape of the gift.

2. Real tree or Artificial? Is either choice an environmental one? I do love a real tree. But we don't get them anymore. I think I am going to buy a tiny conifer in a pot and use that.

3. When do you put up the tree? We don't. But maybe this week I'll get that little tree.

4. When do you take the tree down? Oh I think right after Epiphany (Jan 6).

5. Do you like eggnog? With lots of alcohol, yes.

6. Favorite gift received as a child? It's hard to remember. I do remember the Christmas I turned 10 or 11 - there were a lot of presents that year.

7. Hardest person to buy for? My parents. They never want anything. And Adam. He wants either expensive things or things that he just gets for himself anyway.

8. Easiest person to buy for? At this point, Bennett! And also my sister.

9. Do you have a nativity scene? No.

10. Mail or email Christmas cards? Never email. I used to do the whole card thing. I haven't in a while. One day I will again.

11. Worst Christmas gift you ever received? I used to hate the handkerchiefs that my grandma in Australia always sent. Now I wish I had kept them all!

12. Favorite Christmas Movie? Blargh. Just for the record, I've never seen It's a Wonderful Life or that one about the little boy and the BB gun all the way through. I'm sure I've seen the whole things from enough partial viewings over the years.

13. When do you start shopping for Christmas? I start thinking about it in late November.

14. Have you ever recycled a Christmas present? I don't think so...

15. Favorite thing to eat at Christmas? Plum pudding with Brandy suace.

16. Color of Lights on the tree? I'd love to have a blue and white, or just white set. We don't have lights this year. Or a tree.

17. Favorite Christmas song? Oh Holy Night, hands down.

18. Travel at Christmas or stay home? Stay home. Unless I'm going to go to Alaska where it's dark, cold and snowy and be with my sis and nieces.

19. Can you name all of Santa's reindeer's? I don't think so, but I'm not going to take the time to find out.

20. Angel on the tree top or a star? If I had a tree, a star.

21. Open the presents Christmas Eve or morning? Morning. Unless you have new pajamas or slippers under the tree.

22. Most annoying thing about this time of the year? Advertising, rank commercialism, and Santa Claus. Thankfully, it's toned down quite a bit in Wales!

23. Favorite ornament, theme, or color? I have a handful of old ornaments I made and some special ones that were given to me. And I accidentally left them in California. GAH. Along with the stockings!!

24. Favorite for Christmas Dinner? One of these years I want to try goose. But I like a lamb dinner.

25. What do you want for Christmas this year? Warm sweaters and socks, nice black boots, a case of really good California wines, a Le Crueset pot, a mattress topper, and lots of money.
