Henry has been waking up very early this week, too. I think they are simply tuning into the earlier sunrise - which is natural and makes sense, but sucks. And I have learned (at least with Henry) there is zero relationship between bedtime & waketime.
I am clearly a cracked-out caffeine addict, because I have about 24 oz of coffee before 9 a.m. :/
