A mish-mash

theatokosIt's pouring with rain outside. So fantastic. The gutters are overflowing. You have to leap puddles to cross the streets. It's dark grey outside and so so fantastic.
Karaoke waa last night. Got there too late to pick a song and sign up and sing before needing to go home to bed. Next week. That's what I said last week. Ha! However, if I go enough chances are good that I'll get up and sing too.
I have a phone date with Carrick tomorrow. Good stuff happens everytime we talk. I'm excited about his upcoming trip, though a little choked with nostalgia these days. I'm doing a pretty good job of just letting it be and not trying to understand it too much. Is it possible to seek too much understanding? I'm sure there will be more on this later.
Now, off to shower and eat lunch and go have a date with Gade and then, READ. All before the Mel Gibson extravaganza tonight.
