Reality, mostly

theatokosI have been working on my application to the M.Phil. program at the University of Wales. It is, as I like to say, part 2 in my 3 part plan to be smarter than God. I want to study Mariology with Sarah Jane Boss. I have a transcript, I have great recommendations, I now have to edit my CV and answer questions about my methodology (read. study. ponder. write. repeat.), my goals, my plan.
Looking at my self on the printed page is both humbling and gratifying. I see my degrees (more than one!) and languages learned (ha!) and accomplishments all laid out before me. Edifying, but my, the list is wee! No honors, no awards, nothing published. Yet.
