Here is irrefutable proof that the Man really does want to turn women in to Sexbots: "Hope for sex-boost slimming pill"

I feel vaguely nauseated. Not only does this pill boost female sex drive, but it reduces appetite. The mind boggles. Only the skinny are supposed to have sex. If you're not thin, you'll never get laid, because fat, to any degree, is the Most Unattractive Thing EVER. I'm so glad I'm finally getting clear about this. Also, women ought to be horny all the time, just like men! After all, if a male has an urge it must be normative! More women hornier more of the time = more men getting laid! Woo-hoo! However, women will be able to have a boosted sex drive, but I'm guessing they still shouldn't appear hornier, because lord knows, if a woman looks or acts like she wants it, then she's a dirty slut.

If you'll excuse me, I'm going to curl up in the fetal position under my desk and suck down some cream cheese now.

I love Dan Savage, and I've read both of those columns! I am being very tongue in cheek in my post. The whole "men have a roaring sex drive and women are meek and timid" is nothing but a Victorian hangover. It's bad for women and bad for men. Our culture is so obsessed with sex! I mean, it's fabulous, but it's not the greatest thing in the whole world. Not like cream cheese is.
