Today I am going to work, with B in a wrap. I have four interviews to conduct and a bank meeting. I love interviewing. It's really fun. When it's not also awkward. I have one more interview tomorrow too. Hopefully I'll find our newest staff member among these candidates. It's always exciting to me to think about that when I'm interviewing: "This person could be our next member!" We're such a small, tight knit group where I work that in some ways it's like interviewing our next family member. For better or, as this last year showed, for worse.

I am so glad you are all together and home! What an ordeal. I am so excited to see you ALL at our last weekend. May I ask a favor (in all your spare time) I am going to be interviewing in a few weeks and I was wondering if you would run through a drill interview with me? It has been a long time since I've had an official one. If you have a few moments perhaps we can do it over the phone?
