New community

I decided to create a community: themoneyproject

I am just getting the hang of putting it together so I am open for suggestions and definitely open to new members! The idea is that it is a members only and friends locked community so that we can talk openly about money. I was so inspired by thekitchenvixen's post yesterday that I decided to bite the bullet and do it.

Because I'm going to have limited access to the internet for the month of January, I welcome a volunteer to help moderate the community. Please let me know if you're interested!

thekitchenvixen has an awesome system going on in her household! I think this community is a wonderful idea and long over-due!

Lauren of Feministe (which has seriously gone downhill since she left) had been setting up a HUHO Wiki - "Help Us Help Ourselves" -- with a similar emphasis. I don't know what become of the project, but it's worth looking for.
