I have cream, fresh mint and rapsberries, butter, flour, sugar, etc, but no chocolate. What do you recommend I make?

[livejournal.com profile] amyura, I'm looking at you!

Oh custards..... I have such bad luck with them! The stirring and the timing and getting heat *just right*. But that's an idea.

or a pound cake - you can use the cream in place of evaporated milk.

i'd make either raspberry panna cotta garnished with mint
or a raspberry cream tart.

What does the "etc" include? I just got home from work, which means it's probably too late for you.

But if the "etc" includes baking powder and baking soda, I'd do a golden vanilla cake with fresh raspberries and whipped cream, a raspberry shortcake if you will. Garnish with the mint or make yourself black tea with mint.

Let me know if you want a cake recipe :)

Put the mint in a glass of water & save it for a lamb dinner, shove the butter, flour & etcs back in the cupboard, drench raspberries with sugar & cream, tune in to a great movie & eat.

Sod cooking!
