Saw "Chasing Amy" last night. I realized I hadn't seen the movie since.... 96 or 97. A lot has changed in my life since then and I was surprised at some of the things that jumped out at me. I think before I sypathized with Ben Affleck's character. I now sympathize more with Joey Lauren Adam's character. The movie did not help my interior pondering nor my distant demeanor. Just gave me even more to think about. Sometimes I really wonder if I can hack the heterosexual continuum. It's a challenge.

Went to yoga this morning with Angela. She very much reminds me of Moira. 5'2" club and overachieving and amazing and all. Gonna go play with dogs later today. There's a lady from Juneau who volunteers? runs? a pet shelter here. It'll make me miss Dawson, but some dog love will be nice.

Ok, some of my suggestions are kind of depressing, but they're good. And perhaps the Jewish History Museum is a bit far, but it's an awesome museum; the building itself is a part of the experience of the museum. I wish you luck in your search for emotional safety.
