I am totally dragging my feet about getting ready for work.

All I want to do is curl up in my bed and w.h.i.n.e.

The thought of the presidential debates tonight isn't cheering me up. However, [livejournal.com profile] pwilk is bringing over Indian food. I think that might help.

Now I'm annoying myself. Ugh.

I wish there was a recipe generator, where you put in what you have and it spits out some choices of what you could make. Maybe there is one?

So here's what I have:
two red beets (already roasted)
a bunch of golden beets and their greens
mixed lettuces
dandelion greens

a red pepper, a green pepper and carrots, cilantro, red and yellow onions

For grains I have brown rice and quinoa, and dried split peas, some bulgar and maybe some lentils.

Any ideas what I could make for dinner?
